

Paramedical Field Examiner/ Phlebotomist

Position: Paramedical Field Examiner / Phlebotomist
Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule client for appointment, data entry, confirmation and status of the client
case, take an order and talk to insurance agents for necessary information to
complete medical requirements related to their company specification, chart and
sheets. Including address, phone numbers, fax , laboratory to use, where to send
exam, other special instructions that need to be followed and how they want to bill
our services.
Perform paramedical examinations such as; vital signs, blood, urine and specimen
collection, EKG/ECG test (Complete ECG/EKG Tracing) and medical history.
Complete lab slip report and send specimen for lab testing.
Promote good relation and maintain quality of service in the field to our clients and
insurance agents.
Qualifications:
Must have current licensure, certification or medical training in RN, LVN,
Phlebotomist or any equivalent as required by the state for completion where you
intent to work and perform phlebotomy services, whether, as an employee or as an
independent contractor.
Must be able to perform such duties as stated above to qualify for the position.
Must be willing to work in full-time, part-time and on-call basis as may be deemed
necessary when service is needed. We also require you to work during week days
and holidays when needed.
Must be willing to travel and do mobile examinations on clients home or office. Must
have own vehicle with registration and insurance for transportation. A valid drivers
license is required.
Must have skills in performing venipunctures, vital signs and taking medical history.
A recent phlebotomy experience and knowledge on how to operate a 12 lead
EKG/ECG machine is a must.
Must have excellent communication, good human relation interaction and
interpersonal talent to communicate with clients, agents and company staff with high
level of courtesy, commitment and professionalism.
Must be able to type at least 20 wpm, able to operate computer and knowledge in
Microsoft word, excel, spread sheet and power point.
