Paramedical Services
Our paramedical services, includes high quality exams to represent you in
the most effective and professional way.

Paramedical Examinations

Medical History- Patients health information are gathered and recorded by a
medical examiner/phlebotomists in such a way to obtain accurate
information regarding health conditions of an applicant for life insurance.

Physician Statement- medical records are obtained directly to an attending
physician regarding physical condition, treatment, surgery, diagnosis and
medications.

Physical Examination- record of a vital sign is performed by a medical
examiner/phlebotomists to obtain blood pressure, respiration and
temperature reading. Physical measurements are performed to measure
height, weight, chest and waist to analyze patients build in proportion to his
age, weight and height.

Blood Collection- blood samples are withdrawn from client/applicant by a
skilled phlebotomist duly licensed to perform venous puncture procedures
in collecting blood samples/specimens for laboratory testing, analysis and
diagnostic test for blood chemistry.

Urine Collection- urine sample are collected to the client/applicant for
urinalysis. Careful attention and supervision are strictly implemented to
ensure right result on each client/applicant. Precautions are carefully
undertaken to preserve the specimen and ensure fresh urine was collected.

EKG/ECG Test- a twelve lead EKG or Electro Cardiogram examination will be
performed for assessment and evaluation of heart problem condition.
Results and interpretation of such; are performed only by a duly licensed
medical practitioner who specializes in EKG/ECG test reading.

Medical Billing / Dental Billing Services
On our medical billing, we provide comprehensive services based on your
needs. We enter patient information and provide patient statements, we
pick-up charge slips at your convenience, submit insurance claims, follow-
up claims, secondary billing, collection follow-up, patient’s correspondence
to insurance companies and coding for maximum reimbursement.

Processing Billing Service - We process documentation and filling of
insurance claim form and electronic billing. On this plan, we charges our
client per claim, we are not responsible for the codes on super bill forms,
no collection work involved and does not do follow-up.

Full Billing Services- We collect data information of medical provider clients
for processing and documentation. We are the one responsible for super
bill coding, insurance companies and patient’s bills. We charges on a
percentage basis based on the allowed amount.

Monthly Fee Billing Service- Same as full billing service but we charges the
same flat fee per month regardless of claims. Our medical analyst will
determined the fee based on the nature of practice of the medical provider.

One Time Set-up Fee- We offer a one time set-up fee of medical billing
software, based on the number of units or computers to be set-up.

Employee Skill Development Training- We provide a specialize training
for medical provider staff, to enhance their skill development, knowledge
on medical/dental billing forms, how to make collections, follow-up, process
claims and how to make quick reimbursement.

LABORATORY TEST RESULTS

All laboratory tests are properly handled and initiated by a qualified, duly
licensed and prestigious laboratory companies. All of which are recognized
and certified by most life insurance companies. Participating laboratories
maintain state of the art medical equipment and latest computer technology
for proper data collection and storage to ensure greater accuracy, quick
processing, quick access of information, faster results through coding
technology.

SPECIMENS

All blood and urine specimens are handled with careful attention.
Precautionary measures are implemented in collecting and labeling each
specimen. We ensure that all specimens are properly labeled with patients
name, date, and time of collection as soon as it is collected. Proper
preservation and prompt attention are given in a careful and conscientious
manner for accurate testing.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Our company is committed in providing you a more flexible extended days
and hours of operation to attend to your daily needs. We understand, that
most of the companies you are currently working with has some limitations
in providing their services due to their short office hours and limited days
of operation, which, crippled your ability to accommodate your clients
availability in response to their busy schedules and daily commitments. Our
office hours: is from 6am to 10 pm, 7 days a week including holidays with a
wide area of coverage. We offer on-site examination, office or mobile exam,
preset scheduling, same day scheduling and examination, on line ordering,
email service confirmation and next day notification upon completion of
examination. Pick-up charge slip or encounter slip on a regular basis 7 days
a week, or depending upon your request.
