Marketing Coordinator
We are currently opening the opportunity to any qualified individuals who
are interested in making some extra money in your spare time and meet
professional individuals in health care industry, to promote good relation
and help them manage their business, execute plans, make business
analysis /strategies and identify growth opportunities and work directly to
life insurance agents and health providers.
Position: Marketing Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote, develop and execute sales plan/ strategies to increase company client in
paramedical, medical and dental billing services.
Represent the company as point of contact for life insurance and health care
providers. And initiate business analysis to improve management care and proper
service plan for health care providers.
Train and guide provider's medical staff in improving their performance, claim
reimbursement and minimize denials.
promotions and conventions, to promote company services.
Work directly with life insurance agents and health providers in meeting company
sales goal and target within the assigned region or field assignment.
Additional responsibilities includes back-up customer support and will serve as an
advisor or consultant for our clients.
Qualifications:
Must have a professional traits, character and good communication skills to
represent the company in making business deals and transactions to our clients.
Must have full knowledge on medical health care benefits of different carriers and
government agencies such as; Medicare, medical or Medicaid
Must have a degree in marketing or certificate of any medical courses related to
medical billing, medical assistant, coding, lab assistant or any management care on
health care industry.
Must have knowledge or experience on any medical billing or front office, diagnosis
and coding procedures. Knowledge on medical and dental office procedure is not a
must, but, it's a plus.
Must have knowledge on life insurance and medical insurance industry.
Must have a minimum 1 year sales experience with presentation and closing skills.
Must be able to operate computer and knowledge on Microsoft office suite
proficiency.
Must be willing to work inter-office assignment or field assignment in prospecting
and creating pipeline towards building opportunities to achieve growth and success
through the sales cycles.
Must be willing to work on a full-time, part-time or on call basis. (We may require
you to work weekdays or on holidays in some cases).
